Grazing Greyn Acres

My name is Leigh Greyn. I moved to Dutton, MT about 10 years ago. My husband and I purchased a farmhouse on about 20 acres. I am an animal lover. I feel connected to them in a way that is not describable. Since we had some acreage and I had a perfect area already fenced in and an old building to turn into a barn, I started doing some research. I found that Nigerian Dwarf goats were a perfect fit for our family. We purchased our first 2 as pets. I quickly fell in love. Right about that time we discovered my youngest daughter has a milk allergy. In all my research I found that goat milk was easier to digest. We bought our first milking goats and the whole family loved the milk from these little goats!

My love for goats and collection of them grew. Soon I had more milk than I knew what to do with, and I decided to make soap. After a lot of research, I found what ingredients I wanted to be in my soap. Friends and family loved it!! Soon I had a few local stores asking to carry my product. Time went on until we perfected our packaging and also adding in new products! I now make goat soaps, lotions and body butters. I also ventured into making salves which have been a huge success. We became part of the Made in Montana program and recently the Native American Made program as well! Our demand continues to grow!
