Each level takes about 8-10 hours to complete. Each individual module in the levels typically requires a few hours of work, which includes viewing a pre-recorded lecture (30-60 minutes) and completing a multiple-choice quiz. There are no outside required readings or written assignments. Participants are required to pass a short, multiple-choice quiz at the end of each module with a score above 70%.

After finishing Level 1 and Level 2, students receive a certificate indicating their successful completion of the Cultural Tourism Enterprise Training Program. This is a non-credit, non- degree program funded by a grant from the U.S. Department of Commerce, Minority Business Development Agency.
