Announcing: An Evening of Indigenous Foods & Ingenious Conversation on Wednesday, June 29th 6-10pm at the Rialto in Bozeman, Montana.
Join Triia for a wonderful meal with delicious items like Smoked Trout on yam crostini with radish & dill, Wild Green & charded corn salad with sunflower seed vinaigrette and Bison stew with turnips over wild rice (buffalo is sourced from the Blackfeet Reservation). Mariah Gladstone (Blackfeet), of IndigiKitchen will be the keynote speaker. Mariah has been featured on The Today Show twice and has a TED Talk. There will be a live auction, which includes a buffalo hunt!
