Hello, my name is Quillnecklace and I go by Quill. I am a proud two-spirit, from the Fort Belknap Indian community- home of the Aaniiih and Nakoda people, which is located in northcentral Montana.
I am a beadwork artist, painter, photographer, and salve maker.
One of our business goals at 406 Native Roots is to be able to share knowledge from local artisans with anyone wishing to learn more about beading, sewing, quillwork, painting, pottery, and so much more. We hope to create a welcoming atmosphere where we can share stories, while creating beautiful pieces of art that reflect our feelings, emotions, hopes, and dreams.
